The Texas Longhorns have secured the No. 5 seed in the first-ever 12-team College Football Playoff, earning the right to host a first-round matchup against the Clemson Tigers.
The game is scheduled for Saturday, December 21, at 4:00 p.m. ET, and will take place at Darrell K Royal–Texas Memorial Stadium in Austin.
