GENTING HIGHLANDS, June 5 – Legendary American singer-songwriter Richard Marx will take the stage in Malaysia on August 16 for a one-night-only performance at the Arena of Stars, Resorts World Genting.
The concert will celebrate Marx’s remarkable music career, which spans over 35 years. It will also be part of the festivities marking the 60th anniversary of Resorts World Genting.
Fans can look forward to a night filled with nostalgia as the 61-year-old artist performs some of his biggest hits, including Right Here Waiting, Now and Forever, and Endless Summer Nights.
Marx holds a unique place in music history as the only male artist to have his first seven singles reach the top five on the Billboard charts. Over the years, he has earned five Grammy nominations and won Song of the Year in 2003 for co-writing Dance With My Father.
Pre-sale tickets are now available for Genting Rewards Card (GRC) Gold Members and above, as well as Visa cardholders.
General ticket sales will begin at noon on June 9 through rwgenting.com, with prices ranging from RM368 to RM1,188.
