Country music star Scotty McCreery will lead the lineup for the annual Reno Rodeo kickoff concert. The event will take place on Wednesday, June 18, at the Reno Rodeo Outdoor Arena.
McCreery’s newest album, Rise & Fall, includes his sixth No. 1 single, “Cab in a Solo,” as well as tracks like “Fall of Summer.” The album features 13 songs that explore themes of love, faith, and nostalgia.
Throughout his career, McCreery has earned six No. 1 hits. Notable songs include the RIAA platinum-certified “Damn Strait,” the triple platinum-certified “Five More Minutes,” and the gold-certified “You Time.”
A member of both the Grand Ole Opry and the North Carolina Music Hall of Fame, McCreery has sold over 4 million albums.
He has received several awards, including ACM New Artist of the Year and two CMT Music Awards. He has also toured alongside major country acts such as Garth Brooks, Old Dominion, and Chris Young.
Tickets for the Reno Rodeo Kickoff Concert are now available. General admission costs $65 and grants access to open seating in the grandstands or standing room in the arena. Ticket prices increase to $75 on the day of the concert. Tickets can be purchased in person at the rodeo ticket office from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday or online at RenoRodeo. Additional service and handling fees apply.
On the night of the concert, the carnival grounds, food court, and Jack Daniel’s Tent will be open to the public with no charge for entry.
For those seeking a premium experience, VIP tickets are available for the Branding Room, which offers limited seating. Priced at $150 per person or $1,350 for a table of 10, the package includes a concert ticket, VIP parking, dinner with catering, live entertainment, and an open bar until the concert begins.
The Reno Rodeo will take place from June 19 to June 28 at the Rodeo Fairground within the Reno Livestock Events Center.
