Chicago’s CIBC Theatre will welcome back Six The Musical for a special run from December 10 to 14, 2025. The historic 1,800-seat venue in the Loop will host performances every evening at 7 p.m., with an additional matinee show at 1 p.m. on Sunday.
The show features Henry VIII’s six ex-wives as they take center stage in a fast-paced, 75-minute pop concert filled with powerful vocals, sparkling costumes, and dazzling lighting.
Tickets are currently on sale through the Broadway In Chicago box office and the ticket platform ScoreBig. ScoreBig offers transparent pricing with no hidden service fees, allowing buyers to save money that could be spent on drinks at the nearby Palmer House or souvenir crowns at the theater.
Six The Musical was a major winner at the 2022 Tony Awards, earning the prize for best original score. The show cleverly blends Tudor history with catchy pop hits, featuring standout songs like “Don’t Lose Ur Head” and “Haus of Holbein.”
Chicago audiences first got a taste of the queens during a 2019 pre-Broadway run, and this return engagement gives fans another chance to sing along in the theater’s elegant, gilded setting.
Located at Monroe and State, the CIBC Theatre is easy to reach via the CTA and surrounded by a variety of dining options. From Chicago’s famous deep-dish pizza to Michelin-starred restaurants, the area offers plenty of choices for a complete holiday night out for both locals and visitors.
