Absolute Radio’s popular “Ten Weeks of Tickets” contest is back. Listeners can tune in to The Dave Berry Breakfast Show or Hometime with Bush and Richie for daily chances to win tickets. There is also a new online competition every week.
This week, the prize is tickets to see Massive Attack headline the Lido Festival. The event will take place on Friday, June 6, at Victoria Park.
Massive Attack, the legendary UK duo Robert “3D” Del Naja and Grant “Daddy G” Marshall, will be the main act. Their live show is designed by Del Naja in collaboration with United Visual Artists and documentary filmmaker Adam Curtis.
The festival aims to be environmentally friendly, running entirely on battery power to cut carbon emissions and reduce air pollution. This effort aligns with Massive Attack’s ongoing commitment to sustainable concerts through their ACT 1.5 initiative.
