MUNICH, Germany — Anticipation is building for the UEFA Champions League Final on Saturday, May 31, as Inter prepares to face Paris Saint-Germain at 21:00 CEST. With the match set to take place in Munich, the excitement across the Nerazzurri fanbase has reached a fever pitch.
Inter supporters have once again demonstrated their unwavering loyalty, with demand for final tickets far exceeding expectations. Over the past few weeks, season-ticket holders and Inter Club members were invited to request codes to purchase tickets. In total, the club received more than 80,000 ticket requests. However, UEFA allocated just 18,000 tickets for Inter fans.
Due to this overwhelming interest, the club implemented a detailed screening process to ensure fair distribution. This included the elimination of fraudulent applications and prioritizing the club’s most dedicated supporters.
Top priority was given to season-ticket holders with at least eight consecutive years of attendance, dating back to the 2015/2016 and 2016/2017 seasons. All applications were checked to confirm personal use and valid ticket history. Additionally, a portion of the codes was reserved for Inter Club members with at least 12 consecutive years of membership.
According to the club, 40% of the fans who received access codes were Inter Club members. Nearly all those who received a code went on to purchase a ticket.
